Motorway Patrol! Always a good laugh. We only get a couple of NZ shows here - ones I have seen are Outrageous Fortune & a cartoon which I cannot recall the name of.

Where to begin? They come and go, really. right now, I love watching Scrubs. and British crime series, like Cracker, Barnaby and Foyle's War. I watch those regular, but if I ever got the chance, I would watch Lost and Crossing Jordan.

I love tv, probably more than I should. Right now my favorite is Big Brother, bad I know, but I'm hooked. I also hardly ever miss Will & Grace, New Adventures of Old Christine, Who Wants to be a Superhero, The Office, and Ghost Whisperer.

My favorite T.V. show is Lost. I like to watch lost because it has a nice mixture of drama, action, and adventure. Lost also has a great cast and somewhat unpredictable story line. I also like it because there are a lot of hidden messages and subtle morals.

Right now, it is "Criminal Minds". I don't know how good the new season will be without Mandy Patinkin, tho'. I hate it when a star signs on to do a show, and right when the show starts doing good, they leave. He did the same thing on Chicago Hope. A very close 2nd would be "The Closer". Both shows have great writing for numerous characters, and are a pretty satisfying hour of television.

I love Doctor Who, both the old and the new series. I was a die hard fan, starting to watch during the Tom Baker era, and I was sad to see it off the air for so long. When the movie came out, I was hopeful it would be returning soon to TV, but it ended up taking until a couple of years ago now. But I'm happy it's back. I was such a fan, I even went to a Doctor Who convention, and met Tom Baker (4th doctor) and Sophie Aldred (Ace, the 7th doctor's final companion) when I was about 11, even though I was sick as hell I HAD to go! I think it's just an extraordinary science fiction show. It's sci-fi, but with tons of humour and absurdity, and that makes it much more enjoyable to me than some of the really dry, "takes-itself-too-seriously" sci-fi that's much more common (with the notable exception of Stargate, which also has always had humour in it too). And a fantasy would be to just travel around through time and space in a TARDIS with young girls all the time. :-)

Right now, it's Man vs. Wild and the reason? Well, that would be Bear Grylls, of course! I like the single survivor element of the show and I could look at him for three days non-stop.

Jeopardy. It really challenges you. You learn a lot and also the timing and skill that it takes to answer makes it edge of the seat entertainment. Probably why it has lasted all these years. I rarely miss it.

I am fond of all the soap operas. Defintly the ones made in the UK. EastEnders is the best ever made. Down to earth, real issues, and the people are average normal people.

The Wire on HBO. It's the most brilliant cop show ever in every way. And, each season is structured like a novel.

Recently (in the past five years) it was Northern Exposure..because it was a wonderful, seamless blend of fantasy, reality and quirky, lovable characters..I miss that show a great deal. In other, farther away times, I loved MASH, Star Trek, Twilight Zone! :)

Hands down.. It's Lost. I love that show! Brothers and Sisters & Desperate Housewives are my guilty pleasures along with the amazing WWE Raw Soap Drama and the Kid in me enjoys Naruto on the weekends with my kids!
