Whenever I'm driving long distances. And if I get stuck in traffic, I stick at least one foot out the window.

Never. I can't imagine that being safe. I drove in high heals once and I swore to never do that again either.

No way, I couldn't judge how much pressure to put on the gas, plus I think its illegal.

Usually I drive barefoot or in sandals in the summer. It's much more comfy and and you can get a good feel for all the pedals.

Yes, I drive barefoot sometimes, or drive in sandals on bare feet at times, every day, all year round, as I have been doing so since 1990. I also rode bicycles or motorcycles barefoot some of the time, or did so in sandals on bare feet, pretty often, all year round, since August 1978.
