  • I beleive they give all the ashes. My husband was given quite a bit of ash when his fater died aprx. 2 quarts. His fater had lost alot of weight and you have to take into account how much of our body is water. I think there is a law they have to give you all the ashes. Hope this helps.

  • As far as I know, we received all of Grandpa Rios' ashes. I didn't realize the ashes would be so heavy. When my husband scattered them on top of Grandma Rios' grave, some of the ashes got up my husband's nose and he started sneezing. I suppose he was allergic to Pa.
