It means you might have poor circulation, and you should let your doctor know. You can take something for that.

you ve forgot to put your socks on

one possible explanation would be poor circulation. MY doctor mentioned this to me once and said one sign they look for is lack of hair on the lower legs, feet, and toes. At least on men it is probably easier to spot.

Numbness of the toes is generally associated with conditions that affect the nerves and/or blood vessels that supply the foot, tingling can also accompany the numbness, if it continues you should see a doctor.
-
Well, where I am it could mean your feet are frozen. Could be poor cirulation or a pinched nerve in your spine. In any case, I'd suggest that you get it looked at be a doctor.

I get this too, i often get really bad pins and needles also. I've alway put it down to circulation and I'm very active
-
You need to circulate blood

Sounds like bad circulation. Have you asked your doctor? Numbness could be something indicative of some kind of serious problem. I'd get it checked out right away. Same thing when your fingers go numb. Happy Thursday! :)

Yes, you should get it checked. Hypothryoidism and Type II Diabetes can cause numbness and tingling. Heck, your shoes could be too tight. For peace of mind though, it would be good to know.
