  • Actually, that was his "cop-out" as people would say. I know from experience, there is NO way you mistake your taser, for your Sig, Glock, whatever you carry. First off, a sidearm weighs quite a bit more than a taser, especially the standard issue Taser-X26. Also, part of training is familiarization, and any cop should know his duty belt. This guy should be put to death to set a new standard for police brutality.
  • This case can not be called anything else but police brutality, I am taking the liberty to enclose a highly viewable video which is also explained. The police man could have gotten nervous and confused his weapons but that still is no excuse for what happened, he should know where he has one and another weapon.
  • USA is turning into a cop-nation by the day, this is b.s. This guy should be in Jail for abusing his powers. Mistaking your gun for a taser is like mistaking a butchers knife for a toothpick.
  • I think he knew exactly what he was doing.
  • It should never of happened, it was heavy-handed no matter the intentions.
  • Nope..I think he did exactly what he intended to do..but not all cops are bad :)
  • If this was a mistake, don't you think the other officers would have jumped back when they heard the gun fire? Did this young man need to be tasered when he was subdued already?
  • This was no error but a killing!
