The overall reason must be that - they are just misguided and are unsure of themselves - or too immeture to realize it. They fail to project the positive personality they have and think an implant would help them project themselves better - but they happen to be wrong. What others really appreciate is the overall personality of a person - man or woman - rather than their special physical attributes.

Peer pressure, to feel better about themselves through the eyes or judgment of others.

I think the majority get implants as a result of feeling inadequate and unhappy with their appearance. I guess it's like anything else we have to live with ~ if we don't like it and we have an opportunity to change it, we usually will, whether it's boobs cars furniture or hair color :)

IS it possible that some girls genuinly have small breasts and would like them bigger? Some can get them done for medical reasons as well.. if they are drastically diff from each other!

maybe they have a big ass and just want bigger boobs to look more proportioned. it's an aesthetic thing... self-esteem has something to do with it, but i don't think everyone who gets boobs is completely devoid of it. they just want to look better. it's almost like getting a haircut nowadays...

Meh, if it makes them feel better about themselves, I say go for it. And I think that's the main reason. Because they want to feel better about themselves. Sort of how if I'm all spiffed out in a suit, I feel more confident.

Too look better..peer pressure from partners, friends etc, they may be models, feel inadequate about themselves or just want to be noticed by others..the reasons will vary from one individual to the nest....

In my experience their men bring it up. Curiously, they usually break up anf the guy is still paying them off while their new guy is having fun with them. Isn't life a bitch?
