If I were a quadrapeligic and doomed to only ever watch sport I would still rather watch footie over golf. Sorry. That said I love to play and I love to watch and I especially love to watch my talented husband in goals on his coed, over 30 team. It is truly the beautiful game. ANYONE can play.

You are all going along with the same sport Soccer.Although I agree soccer is a good sport it is not the best.GOLF is the best because it is
1.the most skillful,creative and fun sport. 2.Requires concentration,disipline will,strength of charachter. 3.It is the most exciting sport to play and watch,just look at the U.S OPEN FOR Gods sake!! I try not to get too restrictive on it. The only major one that I tend to not see as a sport is auto racing. I'm not denying the strength and stuff it takes, but it just relies on the equipment more then the person. I could give you my dance shoes and put on some regular shoes and I would still probably Waltz way better then you. But if Dale Earnhart gave me his NASCAR and he jumped in my Mercury Sable, I'd kick his ass in a race. Now granted all else being fair he'd smoke me but in most sports lower quality equipment may put you at a disadvantage but its not so big that a pro could lose to someone who barely even or never plays.

Sadly, i have read "Quidditch Through the Ages". Good book. It would be fun as to fly, I'd love to be a Beater and whack large cannonball-like fying things designed to knock people off their broomsticks.

I was just talking to someone else about that very curse we seem to have! Damn, I don't know what it is, but ever since I can remember, we've blown the "big" games and then gone on to win everything else!!! Very frustrating. Gotta be a psychological thing, huh? Whaddya reckon? By the way, your new AV is prolly the coolest in the known universe!! LOL

I reckon we are just too cocky which results in losing the big games. That's our problem, it's these polynesian boys and that's how we all think. Takes one to know one. But if we win the cup this year, I will be very happy. However I'm still going for France in this one, they have potential and it would'nt surprise me if they won this year. Oh yes!
