If the woman has a normal monthly menstrual cycle then the process of In Vitro Fertilization would be a possibility. In such a case as this, she would not only need a sperm donor but also a third party egg donor. This would work same as a surrogate mother would do for a childless couple. Also there is the remaining possibility that a man (also having no ovaries or fallopian tubes) could carry a baby in his arms. p.s.- I couldn't tell if this is a serious question or a riddle.... whatever ?

yes, but it would take some hormonal preparation for it to take. one would have to simulate a menstrual cycle for 2 or 3 months to get the uterine walls ready to receive the egg/blastula and have it implant. It can be done, but it would not be trivial to do it.
