You can try acetone....but it might just spread it around...try soaking it in the stuff for a day or two.

If its water based paint: acrylic or watercolour, use soap and water (should come out in normal wash. If it's oil based paint us either White spirits, Turpentine or petroleum. Do NOT smoke whilst doing it!

I used the alcohol, hairspray and the hand sanitizer, rubbed with toothbrush and it removed the white paint from a black shirt.
