Help answer this question below.

Would you help you roommate get a job at your company? Even though you'll be seeing them ALL the time, but it can benefit their career?

    Not if you are sleeping with them. That could be seen as favoritism and come back to haunt you.

    The best way to answer your question is to ask you this if you dont mind. "If you were the hiring authority, would you hire this person"? If the answer is 'yes' move forward. Seeing your roommate at work has nothing to do with hiring, and if you firmly beleive that hiring your roommate would enhance your company, move forward.
