If someone is in probation in one county and goes to jail for a case that he was out on bail for in another county (in texas) how can he request to go before the judge to face the probation violation charges. he was in compliance prior to

    write a letter to the judge explaining your situation and what happened he will answer your question or turn it over to your probation officer
