When was the first Aliyah?

I would imagine that the first Aliyah (ascension into the land of Israel) would be when Moses delivered the Israelites from Egypt in the book of Exodus. The second would be when the captives were released from Babylon in the books of Ezra, Nehemiah, and 2nd Chronicles. There was a pre-Zionist Aliyah listed from 1200-1882. Also a Zionist Aliyah listed from 1882-1948. Other sources list the Aliyahs as follows: 1st: 1882-1903, 2nd: 1904-1914, 3rd: 1919-1923, 4th: 1924-1929, 5th: 1929-1939, Aliyah Bet: 1933-1948.
