Of course! Whos the better person? You should always, i mean unless you guys had one of those bad break ups like Britney and Kevin... :)

Depends on the nature of the breakup of course! If it was a vicious breakup and the ex (or me for that matter) did something horrible to the other person, I would pretend I was looking at air when I saw him. On the other hand, if it was a breakup because it just wasn't working out, and the hard feelings have dissipated to a degree, I would say HI. If the wound is too fresh, I would say nothing until I was strong enough to greet him without causing undue suffering for myself.
