    I assume you mean American Psycho? If so, Pat Bateman is having delusions of killing people, but he is clinically psychopathic, and may be doing some real killing as well. By the end he cannot tell fantasy from reality. On another note, it is a satire on the decadence and materialism of the eighties, and the prominence of a psychopathic attitude in the business world.
