The short answer: I don't really know. As far as I know, sim cards only come included with phones. The longer answer: If you call T-Mobile, you could get one of their introductory/free phones (with a plan) with the sim card already inside it. Once you get the phone, you can take the sim card out of the free phone and put it into your Sidekick 2. Once you do this, you can call T-Mobile to transfer the sim card service to your SK2. It's a weird, roundabout way of doing it, but it's possible. Try calling or going over to a T-Mobile store yourself and ask 'em. That would be your best bet.
