  • I'm getting pretty darn good with the ones of the sky- mainly because where I am there is nothing better to take pictures of. Examples below. All I ever seem to take pictures of is the God damn sky!
  • I have a picture of one of my cats, sitting on my stereo. I have another picture IDENTICAL to that one, but with another cat... =P The best thing is I didn't think of taking both the same picture, but I just thought they looked cute... They're both in exactly the same position... I'll find those photos and post them.
  • I've always been very fond of this one. I take good pictures of stairs for some reason.
  • This one on a tropical island
  • But I like this one too.
  • I love this one of my son before his first football game
  • I love these two pictures of two of the babies out on the lake.
  • Sorry I didn't take it on a digital camera, but I took a lovely picture of the sun setting in the Sahara desert a few years ago. We travelled for about an hour to get right into the desert where you could see nothing but sand whatever way you turned. The sun was setting over the sand dunes and it was a burning orange ball of fire. Truly amazing. I have the photo framed in my living room.
  • Well, Arisztid thinks it is this! But he may be a bit prejudiced, as it is HIS cat, laying on HIS table, on HIS bag.
  • Here is the best I have taken. Bear in mind that I am not very good and have not been taking photographs for long. This is my view when I am bagging at 6 or so in the a.m. Oh, I am using KeyshaJ's camera as can be seen by her best picture. Same camera.
  • This was taken during a sock puppet raid on a Q&A site. It almost made the cover of Newsweek. The editor called and told me the police were just doing their jobs because sock puppets were breaking the laws and should be treated like the criminals they are. What a jerk. I won't buy that rag again.
  • Mmm... tricky choice! Here are a few I'm very proud of...
  • I really like this one for some reason.
  • Coming home from a camping trip, we had just had some thunderstorms, out came a double rainbow, it was so beautiful.
  • Very late afternoon near a bridge at an intracoastal waterway, my wife and I were feeding seagulls and I managed to snap a shot of several in mid-flight, with the sun behind the clouds and casting some rays, it was beautiful.
  • I don't have it with me now to post but I think one of my best was a macro of a vine tendril curling around a leaf.
  • I'm afraid that somehow I'll end up losing some rights to it in the future if I post uncopyrighted material on-line. I understand there are ways to play w/resolution, but I'm not that computor savy. Close-up of grasshopper resting near center of a pink flower. G'hopper almost looks too real.
  • Unfortunately, posting those "professional" pictures on HERE, don't do them justice. But here's mine. A single blade of grass (macro)
  • funny that all these are of nature. --- Mine might be of an alley in Spain. I don't know.
  • I live in Florida the Sunshine State, but on this a day an ominous storm was brewing. Those are buzzards in a dead tree. Crap!! Upload on photo is tough tonight.
  • It's this one. Gotta love siblings who love each other. :)
