  • i like to slice them into round slices, not too thin and fry them in a bit of olive oil. its soooo good, can get addicting lmao you can slice them thin of you want too, to make them crispy yummmm

  • Cut into rounds Add into a cast iron pan with butter on low-med heat fry lightly until the outside is just crisp. The butter has time at a lower temp to seep into the sweet potato. A little salt right out the pan on top before they dry. Enjoy!
  • I like to fry them up like French fries.
