If you can use Macromedia Dreamweaver, then setting a title in php (or in some other language) will become child's play.. Image 1:: When you open macromedia dreamweaver you will get this kind of image. Now Click on PHP as it is shown in the black circle in first image. Image 2:: With the help of editor you can easily set your title...as shown inside yellow block in the image.
