I THINK that you are asking if a person with blonde hair can sue a commercial for discrimination because of way blonde haired people are portrayed. If that is what you are asking, I highly doubt it would work. Also, you are overblowing this a bit. Offhand I cannot remember any recent commercials that capitalize on this. Most just have blonde haired people in them... period. Personally, if I saw someone using black hair in a negative way (my hair is black) I would not care. There are much more important things for me to worry about than something like this. I care about things like modern genocide, atrocities, human rights, rights for the poor, fighting against REAL racism and bigotry. I know plenty of blonde haired people who could not care less. They are too busy living their lives. The blonde haired folks I know just roll their eyes and usually join in on the joke. If you are blonde haired and care that much, feel free to try. It is your time to waste. Why is this under "ethnic stereotypes"? Hair color has nothing to do with ethnicity.

Oh gees. You can sue for anything these days, but couldn't your money be spent better elsewhere? Send the company a note letting them know how you feel. Start a petition maybe. But do you HAVE to sue? I personally think our civil system has more important cases.
