I don't, but I have. They don't help me fall asleep, but once I do fall asleep it's hard for me to get up the next day.

I used to take Zolpidem nightly but I've just weened myself off of them - it took a while and ALOT of willpower but I finally can sleep (not very well) without them :)

I took an Ambien once for a flight from JFK to Rome. I fell asleep before the plane left the ground and awoke just before it landed. I have taken ambien one other time after I had Lasik surgery. Other than that I've never taken another. I find that melatonin supplements work well to prevent jet lag. I don't think these would be considered sleeping pills though.

No I do not. I don't like taking pills...but I have taken sleeping pills years ago when I worked 3rd shift but only a few times.
