The answer is Active Cell which is also known as Current Cell. The active cell is the cell with the black border and data can only be entered into the active cell. Cell Reference identifies the location a cell or group of cells in the spreadsheet. Sometimes referred to as a cell address, a cell reference consists of the column letter and row number that intersect at the cell's location. Name Box displays the cell reference of the active cell. It will also show the name assigned to a cell or range of cells. The Name Box can also be used to assign names to cells or ranges of cells. Bordered Cells are just that, the border surrounding the cell itself. You can use colored cells in order to organize your spreadsheet more clearly.
