  • sounds like you have a healthy immune system and get good nutrition. this can change, like all things, as you age. just make sure that you continually get the recommended amount of vitamins, eat plenty of fruits and veggies, stay hydrated, and get enough sleep and exercise. visit your doc regularly, and there's no reason why you can't stay in excellent health for a very long time.
  • I'll be 65 in 2 months. I still rarely get a cold. Never get the flu. Last serious health problem was an appendectomy 45 years ago.
  • My partner is the same but saying that its rare i get ill ,my sister was born with the flu lol she always get colds and her daughter is the same.
  • you may have been abducted by aliens in the past and cured, trouble is, they may not have finnished with you yet,so watch out!
  • +3....that is good! I am the same way. Everyone around me gets sick but (knock on wood) I do not! I eat well, exercise, take a good multi vitamin, and keep a positive attitude! You probably do close to the same, I feel someone who takes care of themselves is able to fight of germs, and sickness because immune system is stronger. Even a healthy, good attitude, knowing how to deal with stress factors in. If someone is a victim to stress and circumstance, they tend to get "sick easy"
  • I don't get sick often (although injuries are a different matter). I don't eat particularly great, I don't exercise excessively, I don't take vitamin supplements. I think most people get colds/flus about the same amount, but some people choose to make a big deal of it
