The supposed nanny Zenaida Gonzalez (I apologize if I spelled it wrong) filed a defamation suit against Casey Anthony. Casey Anthony has counter-filed. What do you think of this? I think Gonzalez has the right, but Anthony does not.

In my opinion I think Casey barely has a right to eat the sludge they are giving her in jail. I think she should be with general population so she gets a part at least of what she deserves. Won't be so pretty will she when she gets her ass kicked? Ok sorry.. No i do not think she has a right.I think Zenaida or however you spell it, has rights to sue if indeed she was questioned and accused.

In the US anyone can sue anyone and the rich person wins. In this case, I think that Zenaida is barking up her own tree, looking for her own 15 minutes. If she sues anyone, it should be the police, investigators and the like, who harassed her. Every one of the Anthonys, to include Casey, said that she was not the person to whom she was referring. Think about it. The police harass Jane Doe and John Jones and Michael Smith because they found those names that some criminal relayed. However, they never checked with the criminal if these are the correct people. I've heard similar stories and if your name matches up, too bad, you have no rights. I know Nancy Grace condemned the Grandparents and how they acted when they were deposed. I would act the same and give no information if this wasn't the person to begin with. I think Nancy would as well. Of course, there is no Zenaida, so it is all a suit of stupidity. +5
