If my mother had her way, my name would have been Tabitha Jane. Thankfully, my father won, and I am Alyson Marie. I could have done with a different middle name, but my first name is one of my daddy's favourite songs so I can't complain there! ^_^

My name was almost Charles but the nickname is Chuck which rhymed with too many bad words, or least thats the way my mother saw it.

mom wanted to name me shawna....but they could only agree on Amy. thankfully because i met a very horrible girl named shawna. and thank GOD i wasnt a boy...Ezekiel would be my name and for short..ZEKE...oh the horror

My parents were both firm on what my name was going to be as a girl; if I were a boy, it was going to be Edward.

Rachel Rochelle. My grandmother stepped in last minute and wanted to name me after her favorite singer Crystal Gayle. I'm thankful she stepped in but I wish they had only given me the first name. I will always have a name after her likeness and don't tend to tell my middle name too often in person.
