• Well, nothing important really. It is just an odd little place. There are some of those obnoxious self-proclaimed rednecks, and it intermingles with some of the more "ghetto" parts because it can get pretty diverse. There is a pretty even distibution of urban, suburban, and rural places within a close radius. We are known for being the crab state... which is *great* because that's what I want to be known for. The state with crabs. Nice... (Just in case it wasn't obvious, there is sarcasm there. Hahah. It's always harder to tell with text =/)

• Lmao. That's how I always think of it. Other states get admirable titles, but we get crabs. I don't understand how that works. I mean, Alaska has crabs, too, but I'm sure no one is running around pinning that atrocity on them. It's like a high school rumor in some sense. Hahah. Only in my mind, though. I don't think anyone else is disgusted by it, or maybe everyone down here is just in denial. As if I don't hear this enough: "Crabs are a part of Marylands culture. There is nothing funny about being the crab state, grow up." Yeah right. Hahah.

• Well... I'm sure there is someone in the world who can say that they like crabs. They probably live here. Actually, I can prove that. I've seen people here wear shirts that say "I got my crabs from Dirty Dick's!" So, I know it is a restaurant, but who would wear that?!

• Lol. That's crazy. Then again, I've seen people walk into supermarkets and other public places with 'FUCK OFF' printed in bold black letters on the front of their shirt. But I'm not sure if that compares. You'd think these Dirty Penis (or whatever) people wouldn't get a whole lot of business with that kind of advertising.

• Hahah! I've seen those shirts, too. Well, it's definitely turned me away from ever going there. But with as many shirts as I've seen, it seems to be effective in getting business (how is another question), and I've heard it's quite busy. I think that would go under the "small minds are easily amused" category. Seriously, who would even think about wearing that in public? Who would eat at a place called Dirty Dick's, for that matter? It's not like you could complain if you found something disgusting in your food.

• Yeah, after you eat home-cooked food all of the time, restaurant food tastes bland. I like eating out, though. I get so tired of my house, sometimes, it's like a big occasion for me. Or anywhere, really. But yeah, I think home-cooked food is really good, except we don't start from scratch all of the time, so we never really eat home-cooked food. And I can only cook 3 or 4 things that taste decent, myself.

• I don't drink. Not that I am too good for it or a "goody-good" (wow, that's a mature term for me to be using) or anything. A lot of people assume I think I am better than other people who drink, which pisses me off. I just choose not to, because I already know I have horrible self-control, so I might as well solve that problem before it starts. I can never do things in moderation. Heheh.

• Well, I guess that's a very mature way of handling it. Still, I'm going to go out on a limb here and say you have to try the liquid at least once, perhaps in the company of family. It would be a shame to miss out on something as wonderful as Liqueur and coke all of your life.

• Huh? I never said I was a lush or anything. Drinking isn't bad for you unless you can't do it in moderation. I assumed that with the amount of friend I have that party all of the time, that I would give it a try and stop. I don't see a problem, it's not like I got hammered? And just for the record, not that it matters, but my parents know. They let me try a drink. (They aren't bad parents, so before that seems to look that way...)

• Hm, I never thought of it like that. I don't particularly try to lead a healthy lifestyle, I think it's just a coincidence I hate so many unhealthy things. And I've actually adjusted to this sleeping pattern by now. I think am probably going to sleep in a half an hour so I can wean myself off of my nocturnal-ness, though. Now, I just feel guilty going to sleep so late. Ah well... I'm getting better with it. 1:30 is much better than 4 something. (Though it sounds horrible, too)

• I have the comfort of the furnished basement. So I can watch television, or sleep on the loveseat. I could also go outside, though I don't know why I'd really do that. Or I guess I could do the laundry if I were really bored. But the computer gives me a lot more to do while I am awake at night. the only thing is that there isn't a coffee pot down here, so I have to stealthily make it upstairs when everyone is sleeping. Oh well. I probably shouldn't be drinking that much coffee anyways, but eh...
