There are lots of varibles to reach this goal, how relaxed are you, your stress level are the major ones. If you begin your goal with a relaxing bath and some calming music or after completing a walk your body will be receptive and to a gentle finger raking type tickle sensation as the flesh is explored, then as you find your body is responding the "G-Spot" will reveal itself. Just don't rush and make sure you have time set aside when you won't be disturbed, being distracted just before pleasure can be frustrating- to re-set yourself just take a walk and smell some clean park air.
