It could describe any number of medicines.
No don't flush it if you don't know what it is I don't want to take it either LOL haven't you heard about all the stuff that is going to the water system! crush it up bag, it throw it in the trash!! Just kiddin if you really need to know take it to a pharmacy and ask them - no bottle, no label---don't risk it!
Forget what it is and if you really want to know go down to the nearest drug store and by a P.D.R. book for about 8 bucks and it might be in there. However no bottle? Throw it flush it!
