the last time they were sold. i dont know what they were called but they are the ones in the purpul box. they are like a suger cooky with chocolate and coconut on the outside.

It was many years ago. The minty ones I think. Unfortunately when I began reading the ingredient labels I stopped buying them. Unless they've reformulated their cookies, most of them contain hydrogenated or partially hydrongenated oils in them. We never purchase/eat anything with that stuff in it! :)

Ick. Sorry, they're over-priced and very unhealthy, and you get like 7 cookies nowadays in a package. And what do they do with the huge profits made from selling thousands of boxes? Do they feed the poor? Refurbish a local school? No, the little darlings are taking a trip to Europe. Grrrrrr.... I have TWO of those mind reading, crack-cookie pushers for daughters. And they BOTH know my weakness is for the Do Si Dos (Peanut Butter Sandwiches). Last year I bought a whole CASE off of them. That's right, twelve frickin' boxes of them! And it wasn't just because they're my daughters. Let me give you a typical scenario: ME: (Walking into Lowes.) GIRL SCOUTS: "Sir, would you like to buy some Girl Scout cookies?" ME: (Looking at their selection displayed on the table and noticing with relief that they do NOT have any Do Si Dos) "No thank you!" GIRL SCOUTS: (Reaching under the table...) "But sir, we have..." (Pulls out an entire case of Peanut Butter Sandwich cookies and thumps it down on the table) "...PEANUT BUTTER SANDWICH COOKIES!" The rest is a foregone conclusion that I will end up buying them. Little mind reading capitolist cookie pushers!
