I'm 45 and even though I own the company, I'm still part of the dive team. Matter of fact I know a number of commercial divers older than myself.

45 may be the time many of us think about retiring, but it's not a barrier. I've thought about it in the last year or so myself, but there's no way I can do it for at least another 5 years. Not to my satisfaction anyway so it's off to work I go. I still have a lot of dives left in me.
