I would give my life for my children without question. For my love, it would depend upon the situation.

There are so many differant kinds of love. But for the love of a loved one such as a child, wife, or family member, that is beyond questioning. The Q to give the ultimate sacrifice is not something you think about in this instance.

If i needed to do it then i would. But if there was a chance that it was unneeded then i would take back my life and work on love later.

That is a hard question.If I was doing it knowingly,like a transplant that would kill me(yeah I know not realistic)then I think not.My will to survive would be too strong.BUT I would jump through fire and brimstone to save one of my loved ones.No thought given.It would be harder to stop and think about it.

I think I would just from pure instinct. Having said that, when I was a little girl I once went picking wild mushrooms with my mother. Unbeknown to us the farmer on the property had put bulls in that area and we suddenly looked up to see a huge bull charging straight for us. I loved my mother without question but without thinking, I just took to my heels, leapt over a barbed wire fence and ran home.(I'd like to say it was to get help but sadly not true). As it happened, mother being a farmers daughter, was not as afraid as me and simply got out of its way. I never forgave myself.

I would.. However, we love more than just one person. If I give my life for my partner then I hurt the family I willingly left behind - and vice versa. Knowing that makes it hard to answer I think. I think if I had to act spontaneously, then I'm sure I would.

Definately, I mean that's how I define love. If I'm not willing to give my life up for someone then I feel that I don't really love them. My nature is to fall hard for people and I'm pretty much all or nothing when it comes to things like that. So yes there are numerous people I'd give my life for including at least 7 friends, my boyfriend, and my family (including my extended family). But then again when push comes to shove I might chicken out but I'd like to think I'd be willing to give it up for them.

Not anymore. I tried living my life for someone I loved, and it turned out he wasn't worth out. Live your life for you, then turn that love outward.
