I need help with using a microwave browning plate. The instructions I have found say to preheat it for 5 minutes. Does this mean on the 'high' power setting?

I have recipes in The Complete Chinese Cookbook that call for heating the browning dish for 5 minutes on HIGH. Unfortunately I haven't been able to find a microwave browning dish in any of my local stores. I just started to search tonight on the internet. Where did you buy yours?? I've tried other microwave recipes out of this particular cookbook and they have been excellent. Ginny Dixon (gindixon@aol.com)
