There are classes, but I doubt many got their jobs that way. It's really just a trick of having a background mumble routine to keep the noise and excitement rolling between bids. Every time there is a bid, they announce the value of it. Between bids they keep repeating the current bid and their background nonsense verse.

Some people naturally talk that fast. But yes, they do go to school to learn all the ins and outs, as well as the fast talking.
