10-15 down rates depending on who you ask.

We have something here called "positrolling". Some of our very kind members will review different threads and give out points to offset DR's. Then there are the trolls who do nothing but give out DR's, never identifying themselves. Then there are those members who always leave comments when they give negative points, explaining why. They, of course, are not trolls nor is what they do considered trolling, assuming they give mostly positive points. You can tell a person's record by looking at his/her profile and seeing what the Plus Rating percentage is. Someone who has a 75% plus rating downrates 25% of the time. Some (like me) never downrate, so our positive % rating is 100%! :)

It's more the percentages. If someone has, say, under 80% positive ratings given, that means that they down rated at least 1/5th of all the answers/questions they rated. That's a huge percentage of negativity. Also, some people act "trollish" just by their intentionally hurtful, bigoted, or profane comments or answers, or ones that intentionally go against the User Agreement such as "spamming."

If you get more than ten DR in an row, you have a troll. You will get downrated, no matter who you are, by random people, if someone doesnt like your answer, it doesnt necessarily mean its a troll. I checked your profile and you only have three downrates in the last few days, thats nothing.
