i think it all depends on how old the child is that you are talking about. if its a little child then tell them again, one of the nannies tips is to get down to their level then they have to look at you and dont just shout at them but tell them in a way they will listen. if they still dont listen use the naughty step to give them time out and let them no they have done wrong, this way they soon realise misbehaving isnt good. if its a teenager then just ground them, grounding worked for me because its the only thing that bothered me brcause i couldnt go out with my mates. if i got shouted at it just went in 1 ear straight out the other
