  • It's easier said than done but try not to take it personally. 1)Recognize that the person is really an unhappy person despite the facade that he or she presents. Usually some sort of hidden fear is at the root of their bullying or tirades. 2)Seek to understand what is NOT being said. Try to meet the unspoken need. 3)Take each interaction as a learning experience. Keep a journal if necessary. 4)If it's unbearable, get out. No one deserves to be subjected to relentless workplace harassment.
  • I put up with it for 7 year's and finally got the nerve to quit - Now they want me back - And that will never happen - Finally quitting is the only way for me anyway
  • I like to quit. Is that wrong?
  • I told a few bosses if they couldnt treat me more like a humanbeing they could go ahead and cut me my last paycheck. After that they treated me a lot better and in most cases I got a pay raise. If your being bullied by a boss, call them out on it, bosses, supervisors, managers, love to hold your job and paycheck over your head. They think they own you or something. If someone hires me, they hired me to do a job, and if they are bullying me or harrassing me, I tell them point blank if they feel that im not working out to cut me my last check then. I often out perform my supervisors, as I tell them that they get in my way and I would appreciate it if they wouldn't impede my work with their bullshit. What! You talk to your boss like that? Hell yes I do, he had to start out somewhere just like me before he was boss, now he's just being an ass the way his boss treated him, so thus it is now time to do what his mommy and daddy didn't do, and break the cycle... or collect my last paycheck and move on to better things. Their is life beyond your current job, I promise you that.
  • Quit then whip his ass for the bullying.
  • just give it right back at them. there is too much work out there. i don't have to put up with that B.S..
  • Go to school, (or BACK to school) and get a career that you enjoy, maybe be your own boss.
  • Thanks!
  • I go to the workers rights commission, they're not very nice to abusive employers.
