Many human organs such as eyes, ears, kidneys, lungs, and the like, are for redundancy of the system. If you lose one, you have the other. Things like the liver and gallbladder are not redundant and I do not understand why this is so. We can survive without our gallbladder but not our liver. Non redundancy of the liver does not make sense to me. Hands and legs are for ease of mobility plus redundancy. There is only one digestive tract and only one circulatory system with no way for the organism to survive with more than one and, in those cases there can only be one main set of components. Evolution has done its best to produce redundancy in all living creatures in order to ensure survival of the species in question, however, some things just cannot have that work.

The mouth has similarities to your butt hole, believe it or not, just the functions vary- but only slightly in the case of polititions, televangelists, etc.

Since this in the outside of the bag category I will be a bit humorous. Many people spew a lot of crap from the mouth so I am saying that maybe calling that which we use to consume food is not really natures way of saying we only have one mouth but rather two anuses.
