  • Milk, although GREAT for you - shouldn't be your only source of hydration. You need water to cleanse your system and hydrate your cells. Your kidneys need water to flush them out to prevent any buildup of sediment. Milk in large quantities, and depending on the kind, has a decently high fat content, which eventually may add some pounds. It thickens your mucous so it's more difficult to clean out your sinuses. Don't do it. :)
  • -You might get tired of it -Have to spend a lot of money on milk -Having to resist the temptation to drink something else That is all! Basically milk is a great drink to have. Personally I don't really like milk but I jsut drink for the nutrition and all that.
