Well, it really depends on the friend and how he/she feels about it. It also depends on how close you are with this friend. The first thing you must establish is an open sexual dialogue with this person... let your friend know about your sexuality and get to know thiers as well. Once this happens, then you can tell your friend how you feel about being tied up and check the reaction you get. If they seem interested, then come out and ask them if they would ever mind doing it for you... maybe offer to do something your friend really enjoys doing in return (does not even need to be sexual).
