To have the chance to tell everyone important to me goodbye and that I loved them before I go. Oh, and plenty of strong painkillers to make the big event as pleasurable as possible.

Of course I know I am going to die. We all will sooner or later. My wish would depend on when and how I was to die and that's something I don't want to know.
