I have been under some intense stress for the past 3 weeks. Lately, (past 2 days) I have been experiencing sharp stomach pains right above my belly button. Could this be completely stress related?

It is stress related, stress damages the spleen energy. I expect you crave sweet foods and don't currently hold the discipline to overcome those cravings. You have deficient spleen energy causing this pain, a better diet is essential, eat green veg, always cooked, and avoid, sweet foods, sugar, raw food, dairy and acidic foods such as pineapple and citrus fruits. If you are serious about improving your health rather than simply eradicate the pain, which will return if you do not change your lifestyle, then I recommend either a shiatsu or an acupuncture treatment. This is a part of basic Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) which is an integral part of shiatsu and acupunture. I recommend doing research on this for a full comprehension

Yes, but it is more probable that you have a medical condition that is made worse by stress. I would sugest you get checked out by a doctor.
