I just saw the vid. I feel that there's NOTHING wrong with what he said! Had he said "I hate those f---ing rag heads, let's kill them all and go home." with hate in his eyes, then I might show some concern. He's a soldier. There's no room for prim and proper in the field. As a minority who served in the US military, I endured far worse and laughed many times as hard at the comments (and actions) I endured. It's dark humor. If you can't take that, you've got no business wearing a uniform because bullets hurt far worse than words. So for those who were offended, I encourage them to shut down the TV, because it might be a bit much for them.

Okay here's what I think. It was a stupid thing to do. He knows he's in the limelight and every thing he says or does will be subject to scrutiny. And yeah, the term "paki" and "raghead" are offensive. Let's not pretend that they are not (no different than the n-word to Pakistanis. Since when is using the n-word okay, even "in context.") But give the kid a break. He was 22 when that happened. Being a royal doesn't negate the fact that he was a still a kid.

I think that his remarks were not meant to be offensive and I think that the media have taken it way out of hand as usual. However that said, he is Prince of England and he does has to watch what he does a lot, that must be very hard. I couldn't imagine the whole worlds eyes being on me 24/7.

I think he's an idiot for saying it, knowing so many eyes are on him. Especially as someone who (could, but unlikely) end up being the king of quite a diverse nation, he's liable to have offended a lot of people. Albeit unintentionally

The actions of a spoilt little brat who has never had to learn how to interact properly with people because he's been surrounded by 'Yes men' from a young age. Not to mention that fact that his family are a bunch of racists, especially his grandad. Sad thing is, this guy probably doesn't think that he's offending anyone, because his brain is the size of a Sunmaid raisin. Poor dear.
