Should one fight a driving to fast for road condition ticket when one wasnt clocked for speed driving down a 15 mph road going 10 with no accident..no swerving..no running off the road..no driving abnormal?

I would fight it. You said that you were NOT clocked for going 10 mph in a 15 mph zone, correct? I take it to mean that the officer is just estimating that you were going that speed, and that is what is written on the ticket, correct? Is it possible that he just wrote one for driving too fast for road conditions, and you are the one saying that you were going 10 mph.?

the road conditions were snowy...the weather was clear..he didn't clock me for speed..and he did write me a ticket for driving too fast for conditions..i was driving under the speed limit..i think he was just being a dick head so im going to fight it
