A drop of liquid superglue with a bit of paper towel pressed gently over it. Let it dry, tear off the excess, and buff gently. Wear a neutral polish for a while.
Try supergluing a piece of fake nail under the snag if you can. You can also superglue and then paint over a crack. (Whut can I say: 3 daughters taught me things I never wanted to know! :P
