Do female video games exist? I know most of the gamers are predominantly male and most of the females are anti-video games.

I'd say thats untrue, my wife and I play World of Warcraft togeather (I'm the healer and she does the damage) and she likes it. Even solo games like God of War 2 for PS2 and FF7 thru 12 she plays quite a bit.

That is not true. I do know video games involving barbie characters, say, or Sailor Moon, etc. I know for a fact that I am surrounded by females in my school who love to play video games .

They definitely exist. Particularly on systems like the Wii and the PC. For example, I read somewhere that 1/3 of all Wii purchases is by females, significantly the highest for any videogame console in history.

I can kick some serious ass on RockBand, Guitar Hero3, American Idol, CMT Idol, a few different racing games, and I love the Sonic/Mario Olympics on the Wii....
