  • OMG...MEN...by far! Yoou dont see too many men dying from anorexia! How many men have been dumped or cheated on for gaining 10 pounds?
  • I think that women are more concerned with their appearance, but only because we are forced by society to feel that way. And also, in more cases than not, women worry if they look "good enough" or acceptable enough to men, or one man in particular, as may be the case. I think that men are also concerned, but society tends to disallow them to express their concerns openly -- doesn't mean some don't though. I know a lot of men (straight and gay) who care (go home and worry about a gray hair, if clothes match in an outfit, their receding foreline, etc), but must exhibit nonchalant behavior.
  • Ha! Women!
  • Women hands down, although I see a lot of those "metrosexual" guys----they could give women a good run for their money! Lol.
  • Men are more visually-oriented, so they are going to be stuck on appearance, moreso. However, women (in general) tend to be more nitpicky and verbal. However, when men are verbal about it, they are more rude. Women are also more picky. Honestly, it's a good thing that we are picky. But since you've put these questions together, I have to say both and neither. Women, then men. Because, the first question applies more to women. The second, however, does not.
  • I think we're all the same just on different levels. Women are just more vague, but are more apt to say they're not when confonted.
  • What does "stuck on appearance" mean? Seriously, this is a very vague question. Men have higher sex drives, therefore men have to pursue women. If men have to approach women, clearly men will be motivated primarily by physical appearance. How can it be any different? Secondly, are men really more visually oriented than women? Men are more likely to require that a woman be "hot." But women are very interested in how a man carries and presents himself. Is that not a part of a man's physicality? And height and race are also crucial parts of a man's physicality and women are by far more likely to discriminate on those grounds.
  • I think that it may be a tie on picky, but women are more stuck on appearance. I know many guys who could don't care if they shave or keep their fingernails clean. I can't think of many of my female friends who would go out with dirt under their nails. ewww.
  • Men definitely! There women have to look absolutely perfect to even be considered.
  • Women by far, I take a shower, run my hand through my hair and out the door I go, women just don't do that
  • women no comparison.
  • In my opinion men ...
  • women are more stuck on their own appearance, men are far more picky about their sex partners appearnace, wayyyyyyyyyyyyyy more picky.
  • Depends on the situation and age range. I know a lot of young guys that are every bit as picky about their appearance as there counterpart, girls.
