    You know, I was just asked this question by a friend who doesn't drink. I enjoy the mini vacation from thinking. I stop analyzing everything and everyone I come in contact with. I don't dwell on the problems of the day that I can no longer affect. The more annoying people at bars quickly become the most entertaining as well.
