Probably a male, their procreative bits are out there for all to see and are easy to access, (aska ny female). Females - like all us girls - hide their bits inside (we don't have to brag) and therefore it is harder to get to them (ask any male) and harder to get them out. I could also comment that males deserve to be neutered, but that would be bitter and uncalled for, so I won't use that comment.

Bota are very risky procedures. The complications are nominal for the little piggie. Unless there is a specific guinea pig specialist vet, you are better off not getting your piggies fixed at all. This is not a decision to make lightly. In fact, many piggies have died due to having them "fixed".

I say male..Males in most species are easier to sterilize. But I don't know anything about the Guinea Pig reproductive system so I'm not to sure about this one! You've asked tons of questions about this Isn't it about time to call an exotics vet they can give you much better info on what you want to know!

It doesn't matter if it is a girl or boy. The risk lies in the fact that they are so small. Their little bodies cannot hold the anesthesia well. They commonly get overdosed even with a normal dosage. Small animals are just risky period.
