I own my own property and am disabled have got behind on medical bills and one credit card has gone to credit can the state come and take my property or can some one else come and take my property with my kids in house is this true am fightin

In general, medical bills and credit card bills will not cause you to lose your home -- they are "unsecured debts", which means the lender has no lien on your real property. They can mess up your credit rating, but that's about it. -
