I am so boring compared to FineBalance... :) Rattlesnake, turtle, and alligator as far as cooked items. I once tasted the worm in a bottle of mescal... that was a MISTAKE.

Dove eggs, fried. Cow brain in scrambled eggs. Fried crickets. Cow tongue. Pig feet. Huitlacoche (which is a kind of fungus that grows on corn). Escamoles (ants' eggs). Bone marrow (cow). Fried cow or pig blood. Kidneys, heart, liver... Intestines? All kinds of animals from the sea, also... octopus, snail, crab, ... But all of the above are much too common in Mexico to consider them even a little out of the ordinary... =) I've tried them all!! And let me tell you they're delicious!
