A few here and there I'm sure. It doesn't bother me though, I have recieved far more "thank you"s than "f**k you"s.

I'm not sure that I have offended anyone but I'm sure that I've annoyed a few.

On purpose, none. On accident, probably everyone at some point. I can think of a couple from today alone.

I'm not sure...I lost count a long time ago. But I really don't care. I have gotten more positive responses than negative...Even if that weren't the case, I would still keep on saying what I believe to be the truth.

I think I may offend on occasion, but I do not do it on purpose. I did answer a question when drunk in a manner that I knew would not be appreciated (i wrote joking on the answer), but that would be the worst thing I have done on AB. The less abuse the better AB is :)

How would I know that? I don't believe that I've ever posted anything inherently offensive, at least not intentionally, so if the opinions and/or facts I have posted offend someone then I would not be aware of it. I don't really care to be aware of it, either, since I haven't posted anything wrong.

I hope I haven't offended anyone, because I know that I have put quite a bit of effort into not offending people- and it's very tempting to do at times.

I think I've offended some people - definatly not on purpose, but I've noticed some of my jokes get downrated. Oops. Well, smile more people! Life's too short to take things seriously ALL the time! *grin*

Probably quite a few mostly unintentionally. It does seem that you make a comment to one person and a crowd of others jump on the bandwagon as if you are deliberately trying to offend THEM. I do not know any of these people why would I try to offend them ? Strange world AB

I don't know. With the trolling that goes on, it's hard to tell if someone down rated me because of what I said or if it was a troll. I try to be honest to myself in answering and respectful of the question asker. The only time I ever get abit pissy with the person asking the question within my reply is if I think it is a joke-prank question, or if I think it was worded in a way that was in of itself offensive. Otherwise, people are always going to disagree with some or much of what I say no doubt. But there is a difference between disagreeing and taking personal offense, which in my mind is something only done when a person is personally "attacked." Even then, taking offense is an ego thing and doesn't really serve much purpose.

I'm sure I've done my fair share of offending. Couldn't really count though... maybe 15? Many don't tell me if they are.

Well I certainly don't try to offend people but I must have because I get my fair share of negative ratings. While I don't try to offend I also don't back down when I feel I'm right or when it is a matter of opinion. That can be offensive to some. I think most people either don't know me or they know me and still like me.

No one can offend another. That is a children's game. Adults can decide to take offense, but that is their decision.
